How long will it take before my ring is shipped?
Since each ring is handmade by a different artist - manufacturing time may vary. Some rings take 3 days, others may take 3 weeks. If you're pressured for time, the best thing to do is contact us ahead of time and ask. Depending on the ring style, we'll give you an estimate.
Laser Engraving - does this take longer?
Yes, because we use a highly specialized laser technique for laser engraving, please allow an extra week of processing before we can ship your order to you.
How long will delivery take?
This depends mainly on which shipping method you have chosen. Our free shipping service offered store-wide takes approximately 2-3 weeks. We also offer DHL, which takes about 5-7 days.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We are extremely concerned with the privacy and safety of our customers. ANY information filled out within our site is NEVER shared with anyone else, and is only used for our contact and order information. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security/encryption technology for all credit card transactions to guarantee your safety and security. Using this technology enables a secure channel between our servers and our customers, so that all of our on-line communications and digital transactions are kept safe.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once you press the checkout button, and complete the payment process, we get a notice of your order. Then the order is printed out and handed over to the Jewelry Artist to make the ring specially for you. Once the ring comes to us we examine it to make sure it is perfect and exactly what you ordered. Then we package it and ship it to the address you provided.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. You will hear from us twice after you submit your order - first you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been received, and another email with your tracking number after your ring has been shipped and is on its way to you.
